Collation Tables

Choose this option to dump collation tables, case conversion tables, and translation tables. The Data Dictionary prompts you for the filename to which it writes the tables. The default filename is _tran.df. Specify the filename. The Data Dictionary displays a status message and prompts you to continue.

Note: The Data Dictionary does not have a separate option for loading the collation, case conversion, or translation tables. When you choose Load Data Definitions from the menu bar, the Data Dictionary automatically loads all the table definitions, regardless of the table type.
